- IgorPartola 7mo agoApparently that’s not what Wikipedia defines it as. More like potentially shady high level government official.
- parrellel 7mo agoInteresting, I've mostly heard it referring to individuals like Navalny or the mayor of Istanbul. I suppose it makes sense for it to refer to any random political critter.
