I really tire of the cutesy newspeak that news writers keep coming up with to memify basic existing concepts. This obviously incentivizes doing the bare minimum and not rocking the boat, but sometimes that really is what a company needs. Sometimes a company doesn't need to innovate, they just need to keep the money printer alive.
