Show and tell daily helpful rituals? Here's mine:
I shower before bed and put out my clothes for the next day before bed. When I wake up, I roll out of bed into a predetermined outfit and not have to waste precious pre-coffee clock cycles picking one out.

- 3eb7988a1663 8mo agoThe pre-day outfit is a great idea. Not that I spend all that much effort on how I dress, but that is needless extra effort when I am just trying to make it to work on time.
- pitched 8mo agoI put a coffee machine right next to my bed to reduce those pre-coffee clock cycles as much as possible. I’ve found it more helpful than expected to have something close that’s more tempting than the phone.
- markdown 8mo agoEveryone showers before bed so that's not exactly novel. Prepping your clothes for the next day is a good one. Do you not shower in the morning as well?

- theshrike79 8mo agoEvening Me always does as much of the morning things as possible, because Morning Me can't be trusted =) Bag is packed, clothes are picked and any morning beverages are pre-prepared as much as possible.
