I read the article more as an indictment of the promises being made vs reality. If we’re being told these agents are so good, why aren’t these companies eating their own dog food to the same degree they’re telling us to eat it?

- selridge 9mo agoYes. I read it the same way. What I’m saying is that’s a silly notion we should laugh at instead of a sensible notion we should nod at. Really and truly, what do we KNOW about Anthropic because the Claude desktop app is an electron app? I submit the answer is “very very little.” But the author and lots of people in this thread seem willing to infer quite a fucking lot!
