I have never in my life felt imposter syndrome between 30 years and 10 jobs. I was honest at the outset about my strengths and weaknesses and they hired me knowing what they were getting. For me for instance, I’m very honest about not doing web dev and failing miserably every time I tried (of course I know JS). I want to be filtered out if that’s a requirement.
