well the other person in the comments said the guy literally held his accelerator to the floor the entire time. is that actually a reasonable standard, or are you preemptively out for blood because you would never let reality get in the way of a good agenda? ironic, given that you go out of your way to accuse others of this. methinks you doth protest too much?

- keeganpoppen 8mo agoand that’s somehow okay while you’re driving? i didn’t realize there was a “uhh but if you drop your phone it’s okay to cause a crash” clause in the statutes.
- keernan 8mo agoOf course not. I was simply reacting to the comments that he kept his accelerator on the gas pedal meaning he intended to beat/run the light. Reaching down to grab your phone is stupid and clearly negligent but quite different than making the decision to intentionally run a light.
