Who pays the importer?
- jleyank 9mo agoSeller doing the importing, so they pay the foreign entity for their goods and sends the appropriate cut to the US Government. At that point, they either eat the additional cost of business or make their customers do so. Or something in between. Tariffs are like a national sales tax.
