Seems that corporations want to profit from globalization but they want to forbid private entities to do so. Kind of unfair, whatever the outcome of the court ruling will be. The only control they might have is to produce completely different texts for each country - but to profit on global scale this would be inefficient. So they resort to lawyers and tarnishing of their name.
