Not a single state, including Alabama, has improved their 8th grade reading scores in 2024 vs 2019, and 38 states are worse in 2024 than 2019. And math is much worse. 51 of 53 States* have worse 8th grade Math scores in 2019 than 2024. (Again, not a single state improved.)
