Ask HN: Any good resources for basic cryptography?

currently i work on place where i am dealing with Hardware Security Module (HSM), certificates, openSSL, JCE, algorithm like DES, 3DES, AES, RSA, HMAC, etc... i want to learn more detail about all of them, so i know how it works. Thanks
