Your AI Agent Has an Onboarding Problem

I've been building agent infrastructure (Bluebag) and kept seeing the same pattern: teams write 4,000-word system prompts, get inconsistent results, then write even longer prompts. The onboarding metaphor clicked when I realized we'd never treat a new hire this way. Happy to answer questions about production agent patterns or the Skills architecture.
