I don’t see why anyone would adopt this new system while UST tethered over lightning exists as a working system for a few years now?
- brianwan04 8mo agoLightning is great for Bitcoin users. De-PayM is built for simple mobile payments, merchants, and mass adoption.
- brianwan04 8mo agoUSDT is a blockchain stablecoin. Bitcoin has no true L2 or smart-contract layer, so “USDT over Lightning” is just a fast payment rail, not real blockchain execution. It’s more like next-gen SWIFT than on-chain finance.
