This is just wrong. Plenty of examples of crap code causing major economic losses.
- brohee 8mo agoExactly, quality of code is one of those necessary but not sufficient things... If you are somehow successful without quality of code (e.g. early Twitter maxing Rails performance) you end up either crash and burning of spending crazy amounts on infrastructure/rewrites (and often both).
