Huh; did the full switch over just happen? Out of the blue 1-2 days ago, a DTD hosted on dl.google.com (http://dl.google.com/gwt/DTD/xhtml.ent http://dl.google.com/gwt/DTD/xhtml.ent) started semi-randomly timing out and hanging Eclipse. (This was due to the Eclipse UI asking "Is this your XML file?" for every XML file in the project, for every plugin, and one of the plugins, IvyDE, ended up not having fetch-eternal-dtds turned off. What a silly default.)
