  They do have the link on the homepage.. but I wouldn't call it prominently. :)

  From the judgement text: "The following notice shall be posted and displayed upon the Defendant's Websites currently at..." Doesn't specifically say homepage. The text is 14px, which arguably isn't 14pt at anything other than 72 dpi.
