It should be illegal to solicit tips when asking for payment.
- Markoff 8mo agoEasier approach - make tips completely illegal as tax evasion or tax them higher than the meal, let's say 100% tax on tips.
- Ekaros 8mo agoTreat them as bribes. Punish the one who gives one with fine(1% of income/net wealth) and one who takes with mandatory imprisonment. After that they will quickly go away.
