ICE/DHS/the feds are doing everything they can to exploit the fact that different regions have different federal courts, and are shuttling any and everyone they can to Texas. Many of the judges in Texas aren't having it either, but by the numbers game, it's still ICE/DHS's best bet. They're doing this even when the courts demand they do not. I was pretty pissed when judge shopping was allowing ridiculous corporate abuse. I'm extra pissed now that it's the feds who have metastasized into this infernal hellspawn cancer, ignoring all laws to reap wanton ruin upon the nation & it's people. 99% of these people deserve their shot at the American Dream.
