Termux development is fully functional. I do the same happily, even for the joy of it to pass time in transit. There isn't much to be gained by a rig you could get on that budget. A better keyboard and a usb monitor for phone can go miles tho. That said, i see no proof of anything other tham a few file names. i can do that too, see? guys!     Isn't Yemen sanctioned by USA? No SSL, Facebook, encryption etc?
