A BYD Shark 6 is not an EV?
- armadsen 8mo agoYeah, I didn’t realize we were calling hybrids “EV”s now. Also, the BYDs I’ve been in were chintzy garbage as far as fit and finish goes. Can’t speak to their reliability, or other aspects of them, though.
- mathisfun123 8mo ago. chintzy garbage This is a slur.
- armadsen 8mo agoNo. https://www.etymonline.com/word/chintzy https://www.etymonline.com/word/chintzy
- plugger 8mo agoIt's a HEV, not a BEV. But it's an EV none the less. It has the ability to drive ~100km on battery only, and the engine doesn't drive the wheels, it's used to recharge the battery.
