Looking at the location, it does seem a waste of a site very close to a railway station, park, offices etc to use it for a building which will have a staff of 10 or whatever.
It makes sense to deny this application. They can ask to build it elsewhere.

- stevekemp 8mo agoIt's a business park "out of the way", so it's not really prime real estate for local people at the best of times.
- another_twist 8mo agoThen build houses. Giving away real estate for basically 10 more jobs and a highly automated facility is bad bargaining.
