Last week I released Gata Router - https://github.com/gata-router https://github.com/gata-router Gata is an open source automated L1 ticket triage tool for Zendesk. It costs pennies per ticket for it to route tickets to the correct team. During development I was regularly seeing over 90% accuracy. The average for humans is 60-80%. The whole thing runs in your AWS account.
