unfortunately the effectiveness from Omega 3 is from DHA and EPA but ALA (seed based omega 3) is minimal effective. Algae based omega 3 might be fine though

- Aldipower 8mo agoOk, interesting. I did some research about those studies, claiming that. And it seems best to combine Linseed with Fish or Algae! TBH this sounds way to complicated. How could we survive? My guess is, all the studies are incomplete and flawed in some ways.
