A matter of opinion.
It’s also the law of this place, and that is not a matter of opinion.
- BugsJustFindMe 8mo ago> It’s also the law of this place Guideline. Guidelines are not laws. Want to know what else is an HN guideline? "Please don't complain that a submission is inappropriate" right along with "Please don't post comments saying that HN is turning into Reddit". And even if it were true that it's a law, it would still be entirely irrelevant to the discussion of whether it's dumb or not. > and that is not a matter of opinion "unless they're evidence of some interesting new phenomenon" is a matter of opinion. Evidence of, interesting, new, all matters of opinion.
