  Yes, and you are the reason everytime I went to buy a house in the neighborhood I was renting in, the value doubled. If you want to be selfish feel free to be openly selfish, but don't be surprised when people like me respond in kind.   Very specific problem to me = zoning laws and higher prices for everyone. You could be a victim of crystal stores allowing homeless camps on their lot, act now!

    It's not a "very specific problem", it's a general problem - commercial property next to residential.
