It’s about trusting the build. You can’t always know what happened between source and release.
- drzaiusx11 8mo agoI'd trust a Linux distro build of a Russian FOSS product a bit more than a windows binary from their website. So trust here is context dependent, at least for me. I still use Audacity for example and it has similar ownership issues.
