- casey2 9mo agoNot really. Surveillance might create an arbitrage opportunity, but insurers hate data they can't trust. The more data the more noise.
- direwolf20 9mo agoPowerful people are paying a lot of money to locate their dispersed enemies. Think of the system in Palestine that tracks wanted terrorists back to their homes at night, so their whole families can be exploded.
