I suspect they only notified users today because a party has started using them - I received a bunch of "email verification" mails today from uh. "ADHD Online", "Headspace", "Clearpay" and "Pornhub Help", all made 3-4 hours before receiving the Substack email. Of note is that all of these seem to be from Zendesk, so that's the only thing this particular bot seems to support. But this is super weird because it's not like my email is super private or obscure, plus it's been in various breaches over the years.
