- giuliomagnifico 8mo agoOh okay then there are eu software patented, in example lots of SAP apps, medical software from Philips, network software from Ericsson and Nokia etc..
- rcbdev 8mo agoYes, there are large EU companies which have filed for patents with the US patent office. These patents are worthless in front of an EU court because, as I said, code is usually considered a work of literature in EU copyright law and can thusly not be patented.
