Don't act naive, [username removed, you deleted your comment]. Amazon did something bad which will affect lots of people. What did they do wrong? Lack of clear intent; communication: they didn't explain why they did something wrong, they didn't express why that wrong thing happened, they didn't explain how they will prevent this happening again.
