During commencement at our medical school, one of the second-years on stage said "I know what you're all thinking: you were expecting all sorts of crazy intellectuals and artists. But everyone is so . . . normal."
- mb_72 14y ago'Real' crazy intellectuals and artists don't study medicine, they study the Humanities or don't study at all. The rigor and discipline required of medical students and doctors would actually favour those being 'normal'; I wouldn't, personally, have expected anything else.
