Peloton lays off 11 percent of staff just after launching its AI hardware
- randycupertino 9mo agoNot surprising, hardware demand is decreasing, subscriber churn is up and the trendiness of peloton during peak COVID hype has worn off. They've been on a cost-cutting spree including headcount, lower cost instructors, more repeated content, and cheaper, less-robust hardware. All of which is lowering experience and imo gonna cause even more of a death spiral.
