That’s totally fine, but most people are not professional Mac and iOS developers, and most people who are have a company issued laptop. My iOS apps are developed entirely on a Linux system leveraging cross platform frameworks, and App Store Connect is entirely web based. My build system is cloud based, I have never touched Xcode (one of the worst IDEs out there, with a rating below 4 stars on the App Store).
