  That's all slop, not a signal for "winning" Deepseek is the signal you are looking for, that one spooked Big AI and the US authoritarians. Keep an eye on the hardware too, last I heard the CCP was only allowing the (no longer restricted for national security reasons (?)) N idia cards (H200s iirc)
