This seems too long? Why not 2 and 3 terms? 12 years aught to be enough for anyone. And sadly The courts could also use term limits. Also the cap on members

The courts could also use term limits.
Also the cap on members of the house should be removed.
Also the electoral college should be removed or reworked.
