They treat it like religion. Take the parts you like, ignore what makes you uncomfortable.
- nis0s 9mo agoReligion has always been about politics to some extent, and I don’t put much stock in religious institutions by themselves. The underlying philosophical frameworks are often useful for individual or collective reasoning, and for dealing with uncertainty. But these frameworks become anti-social when they’re used to justify political extremism.
