A better argument might be that greenfield applications are currently way easier for AI to build out, I do concede that point.
- halJordan 8mo agoIt's great to finally see pushback. Even 6 months ago, this thread wouldve only been a luddite echo chamber. Sad that HN is so far behind the times but better late than never
- Grimblewald 8mo agoOf the things you've linked, none of them indicate anything new being brought to the table. So no, I see no merit in your comment. Each is an existing concept built using existing tools/solutions. if some dude is writing 100% of their code using ai, then i stand by my point in that they're not doing anything novel.
