Yes, they double charged when trying to fix VAT mistakes. They charged too litle VAT for us in october-november-december, so they went on and charged those months AGAIN without any warning, with the corrected VAT.
- sebastiennight 9mo agoThanks for the feedback. The discrepancy for us seems too large to be only VAT (and the usage numbers are also vastly different). I'll report what their support gives as the explanation.
