Earlier today, it occurred to me that the "spot" price could go to zero if the physical metal isn't available for delivery. I missed the dip down into the 70s.
- MisterMower 9mo agoHow would the spot price go to zero? Wouldn’t it be infinity? Demand is not zero, supply is zero?
- mikewarot 9mo agoSpot price is the price of a futures contract, not the actual silver. If the exchange can't deliver, what good is a contract? It would be worthless.
