- throwaway2037 9mo agoI Googled for "cisa employment nationality requirements". I got a bunch of pages from CISA itself about how to apply for various jobs: recent grad, experienced specialist, and military vet. All have a bold statement under eligibility that says: "US Citizenship is required." It think it is safe to assume that Dr. Madhu Gottumukkala is a naturalised US citizen.
