Should just be an instant perma-ban (along with closure, obviously).
- Hamuko 8mo agoSeems a bit disproportionate. I'd say that's more of a "repeat offender" type of solution.
- lifetimerubyist 8mo agoWhats disproportionate is the mountains of slop out there and the amount of people think they can just sling slop for cheap online cred.
- MarsIronPI 8mo agoOnce might just be a script kiddie not knowing any better. More than once is a script kiddie refusing to know any better.
- SchemaLoad 8mo agoSubmitting a pure slop PR and description is a very high level offense that is obviously not acceptable.
- fn-mote 8mo ago> Should just be an instant perma-ban (along with closure, obviously). This is the internet. Real offenders will just submit the next PR with a new alt account.
- monkaiju 8mo agoits still an added inconvenience and means they cant use AI to farm reputation on a single account
- uhfraid 8mo ago> This is the internet. Real offenders will just submit the next PR with a new alt account. Than it escalates to a platform issue so you just report them in that case.
