- avalys 8mo agoFiring a bunch of ineffective managers because they can easily be replaced by AI seems like a net improvement to me.
- signal11 8mo agoEven “only” information funnels have value if they seek out valuable info, filter, curate. In reality some funnels in this context mutate the message they’re supposed to pass on :-)

- achenatx 8mo agothe key for managers is like business owners 1) understand what success means for their area 2) assemble a team and remove roadblocks for them to achieve 1.
