Could you please stop releasing new versions every 8 hours?
- JohnFen 8mo agoFrequent releases are very annoying, it's true. But unless automatic updates are being forced on you, nothing says you have to stay in sync with a project's update schedule.
- jacquesm 8mo agoIt's not rare for updates to happen in the midst of work in progress. More than once have I started a work day or meeting to find that the software refused to work, either because it started an update right then and there or because it happened at night and broke something.
- JohnFen 8mo agoYes, that's one of the main reasons why I loathe automatic updates.
- theamk 8mo agoWow, 9 releases in 6 days...
- gus_massa 8mo agoMIT licence. As discussed in a previos post, the nice part of open source is that if you disagree with the maintainer, you can fork the project and people can follow your fork instead of the original one. I thin a only fast-forward fork that updates only once a month is not had to do.
