I don't like much the analogy but I do agree AI/technology should be decentralized. Not sure if fully open source, because this enables the anti-social players

I don't like much the analogy but I do agree AI/technology should be decentralized. Not sure if fully open source, because this enables the anti-social players with billions in their pockets. Maybe a sort of federation?
