I think Germany has something equivalent to local loop unbundling, but obviously, DT still provides shitty loops because they are shitty at all aspects of their business.
- ahartmetz 10mo agoLocal loop unbundling is only mandatory for large ISPs. There are many regional or otherwise smaller carriers that have a local monopoly. Fortunately, they tend to be OK (with some exceptions like Deutsche Glasfaser, they are basically bankrupt and behaving quite erratically).
