I'm taking a charitable interpretation of your take for sure. I do see the value of additional levers, but I don't think realistically it would be feasible to make such a court. Counter-point: I don't think Chauvin would've been brought to justice if he were tried in some kind of cop-court. I'm open minded though, I appreciate your perspective, gave me food for thought.
