- jasonfarnon 9mo agoYeah you shouldn't object in bad faith. I.e., you need to genuinely believe there's no probably cause here, and that's not a reasonable position.
- armada651 9mo agoIf they don't have any evidence that'd lead them to believe the data they're searching for is on that laptop, then you can reasonably object that there's no probable cause to search the laptop.
