Tell HN: Alibaba Sucks
Pay with Paypal and if a sellers screws up, the platform charges you a non-refundable Paypal fee. They will refuse to refund you and will bullshit you with corporate boilerplate. Don't use AliBaba because customers are totally disrespected unless you're a giant company.
Typical evasion of responsibility, point the finger at another vendor, and socialize all of the losses.

- damnitbuilds 9mo agoMy parcel was marked as Delivered by DHL, but it was not - I was home, they did not come. Contacted Alibaba - they say they need info from DHL before proceeding with a refund. Contacted DHL - they say they will only communicate about getting that info with the sender, Alibaba. Bastards.
