On the bright side, 38% saw some improvement. Also, what's the base rate? I would expect that a lot of attempts to adopt new software neither reduce costs nor increase revenue.
- primax 9mo agoGiven the rate of change that is happening with everything AI now I'm a little surprised that the rate is that high. I'm fairly confident it'll improve over time though.
