I don't think it's changed, I'm not commenting on that, merely saying most people don't realize they are, or are seeing an obese person. People think Obese = rolls of fat when in fact you can be pretty fit looking with clothes on. I'm pretty sure a BMI of 30+ is still not the healthiest. Just not as obvious as a person with a 40+ BMI (morbidly obese)
