Aside number 2: that's why a simple "trust me bro", if used correctly (usually ironically, these days), works wonders!
- PaulHoule 9mo agoIf you're trying to do something with some people and there is trust you can just go do it and it's done -- and if there is no trust you can spend hours arguing and barguing. I don't personally have an objection to the book but I know that a lot of people react cynically to things in that register, like I know I could recommend that people would read it and very few will.
